From 14 to 90 years and older, for all swims in 25, 50 and 100 meters.
EA to EJ3
From 18 to 79 years old, for all swims in 200, 450 and 1000 meters endurance.
BR1 to BR4
For 4x25 meter breaststroke relays.
FR1 to FR4
For 4x25 meter freestyle relays.

The event
2024 program
in the lake of Bin El Ouidane culminates at 810 meters of altitude; it is located in the Middle Atlas Mountains 1h30 from Marrakech and 2h30 from Casablanca , and extends over 37 kilometers. It is a popular destination for a water activities. It even seems that huge carp are fished there. The decor is typical of Morocco: red and ocher earth punctuated by the different greens of olive trees, almond trees, carob trees and holm oaks. Stunning and magical place !
